The Story

S3 contracted with Atlas Capital to build out a 55,000 SF floor of new creative office suites, corridors and restrooms, as well as a shared pantry and lounge the owner showcased to prospective tenants.

The build team absorbed multiple changes in stride, coordinated with operations to avoid disturbances to adjacent spaces, and delivered the completed project on time to satisfy the owner’s lease agreements. The two completed suites are now occupied by Zappos and Adidas, and S3 returned to build out office suites on the floor for Tartine Bakery and media company Mitú.
