The Story

While the original design for the space was performed by Gensler, S3 worked with House and Robertson Architects on this next wave of building improvements. At the core of creative office space is the branding and company identity that the environment displays. In keeping with aesthetic and culture of the space the owner, the architect and S3 worked closely to perform the largest amount of improvements with the lightest hand possible.

Maintaining the day-time operations of this occupied space, the scope of our work included constructing 7500sf of multiple new private offices and shared space area, 4000sf of multiple private conference rooms, 4500sf of new Tech Space, improving sound attenuation and acoustics, common area improvements, restroom renovations, improvements to MEP systems, seismic and structural upgrades, new lighting package and building finishes.

Working with multiple interested parties and agencies our firm provided the collaboration needed to deliver this multiphase project on-time and within budget for the client and for the occupants we delivered a muted and integrated construction experience to a large and unfurled project.
