Just as in Hollywood, where the true beauty of orchestration and execution lay quietly behind the scene, the same holds true here at S3. Early on we elected to chart a distinct path, focus on a few key industries and perfect our craft behind the scenes. After all, what is the point to investing resources in brand awareness prior to developing a quality brand? If more businesses adopted the “soft-opening” practices used by the hospitality industry, we would see a downsize in start-up risk. As a result of our quiet and diligent early efforts, we first grew slower than the industry average, but we developed a sustainable business practice which subsequently later on led us to exponential year over year growth. Many of the firms we competed with for market share in our first three years (2004-2007) are now either dissolved, defunct or consolidated. The likely culprit being improperly managed growth that did not consider solvency, scalability and quality of service. (3 S’s you have undoubtedly heard of.)

Over a decade later, we have evolved into that little firm that quietly gained market share and amassed a portfolio of Fortune-500 companies that makes even our larger counterparts envious. In 2015, S3 Builders was featured by INC Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States, and our backlog continues to grow. We are confident that our firm has been meticulously and prudently built-to-last. So, if you haven’t heard of us up to now, rest assured we are not one of the many construction companies that will go quietly into the night.
