Currently under construction, the 5,250 square foot facility will house a soundstage, 54-seat screening room, collaborative lobby space, and
ample storage to support the filming education process. Much of the detail for the project is in the walls; for
sound attenuating purposes some walls contain up to seven layers of drywall and are then covered with 2” of
sound absorbing fabric quilts.
